Well Im making no progress at all. I just binge binge binge. I eat my emotions which doesnt help. Any encouraging words???? I just dont understand my complete lack of self control.

Well Im definatly going to try to harder. I know I havent put on that much weight but I want it to stop at 5lbs and not go one to be 10 or 15 or 40lbs.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 124.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Oh I so felt like you but you have a brilliant weight loss, and they say last is the hardest as muscle is weighing heavier, Could you measure yrsel sometimes you lose inches near end rather than lbs, If you have any old clothes left put on something that used to be tight and take pride from what you have already lost. BE very proud of yrself

for years i have been trying to lose weight but i never committed myself to it very long. i would do the diet then go to the gym for a week then give up. at the begining of the year i gave my self a new years resolution that i would be skinny no matter how hard i pushed myself by the end of the year. I started doing weightwatchers and my first weigh in i lost 6 pounds because of the sudden adjust of foos intake. that loss of 6 pounds made me feel very good and modivated my self to lose more. from that point ive lost 22 pounds and i feel great. i feel so much energized and healthy and there has been weeks that i woldnt see results on the scale but i never gave up and i still got up in the morning with that same weightloss attitude and kicked my ass at working out and eatting as healthy as i can. trust me, once you get your mind focused on weightloss dont give up as much as you want to, it will bee worth in in the long run and you will be happy you pushed your self threw it. :]
