Do you think your glute asymmetry is muscular, or due to uneven fat distribution? Sorry to ask such a weird question. My right glute is terminally lazy, so I had to do start increasing my work load on my right glute/leg only. Evened things out nicely, though I can still tell one side is slightly bigger than the other.

That's a good question. I'm not sure. I do know I feel my left glute more than my right when I do exercises even Bulgarian split squats. I have been doing exercises for just the right glute twice a week then bilateral once a week. I saw one of Bret Contreras you tube videos where he suggested that.
