thought I was doing good, but have been restricting myself, not eating enough calories. Friday was really bad, ate way too much. Teriyaki chicken and 4 egg rolls. REALLY bad. going to attempt to balance more this week.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 147.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
