2378 kcal Fat: 90.58g | Prot: 84.87g | Carb: 312.13g.   Breakfast: emerald 100 calorie nuts, nature's own wheat bread sandwich rounds, apple butter, turkey bacon. Lunch: No Calorie Sweetener Packets, WEST SOY, corn flakes. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, variety- pak smoked ham, oven roasted turkey breast ,cooked ham, miracle whip,  ginger snaps. Snacks/Other: chips deluxe right bites, lance peanuts, emerald 100 calorie nuts. more...
