經期第🖐天

今天中餐、晚餐都有聚會………放縱的最後一天

經期結束後的ㄧ週,減重真的有比較快嗎??
112.7 lb Lost so far: 63.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

經期前後的體重起伏是荷爾蒙的影響而水腫,前一週約上升0-1公斤,結束後水腫會消除,所以會感覺體重下降了~我自己是這樣!哈(結束後雌激素上升新陳代謝變快,也是黃金減重期👍)
