I am ready to start my last and final goal 112 lbs. I will do this by eating a low carbohydrate, plant based and low fat protein diet and will increase my water intake, get at least 8 hours of sleep, set aside 20 minutes of meditation a day and exercise on my bike for an hour while watching TV 5 days per week.
