I’m doing Keto again. Only meat and fat for a couple days to boost fat burning. I carb loaded for 3 days this time. Mostly because it was my anniversary weekend. Not being able to fit into my wedding dress a year later was sad.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
