Well, I did work out a few days this week... but I also had DQ a few days...and did not stick to the 2hr diet plan that I know works well.... So, I'm not happy that I did not reach me goal of being at 217 by today, but I'm not that far from it... and with working out and eating right I'm confident I'll make the 214 I have planned for next saturday. :)
