Hi all had my first session with my personal trainer this afternoon it was hard going for 1 hour but very rewarding, then had my lovely dinner I feel that I can do this.

My journey has really began and we all want to be winners let us get on with it together 👏🏿👏🏿

1 hour work out then 20 minutes in the sauna 🧖‍♀️ life is good 😊

222.2 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
