I've put on half a kilo this week. Even though I follow my diet plan during the day, when it comes to dinner I always overeat. I just stop thinking and start eating. Any advice for how to deal with this?
223.8 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 87.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
