Maintaining is the name of the game. I was traveling all last week and have not been logging my calories, but I've been aware of what I've been eating and have been exercising regularly.
Unfortunately I'm traveling through the 22nd so will not buckle down again until the end of the month. I'm going to try to maintain my current weight and then lose the last 12lbs by the end of June!
