Losing much more slowly now......
Still, I am happy with these results! Not giving up, always pushing forward. I have a vacation planned in June and I will be 217 or less by then. Onward friends and FS soldiers! 💪 💯 🌞 🌝 🌎 🫶 ☘️
218.0 lb Lost so far: 149.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
