Happy Weekend. Weekends I struggle the most to stick to the plan. Today for lunch I will make myself a spinach and cheese omelet. Dinner some chicken curry with naan or chapati.
334.9 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 160.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
