Holding steady. i guess thats a good sign. more cardio seems to be helping along with eating more toward a maintenance diet. Maybe my body is sick of the lower calories? Will try eating more but still exercising so I have a deficit @ the end of the day.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
