Leaving the run/walk challenge too hard on my knees but adding the 3mile walk 4 times a week. The scale moved this morning! YEAH!!!
271.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi there! Very nice work I'm seeing on your progress there, please be careful with the walking, make sure you are properly stretching, warming up, and cooling down so you don't become lame like I did! Keep up the fantastic work! -Jan

Thanks, How are you and how is your progress? I feel wishy-washy sometimes butI gotta find the things that work with my schedule. I found a challenge that has 15-20 min videos. I have tons of them and they are pretty fun, of course I still have my 2-4 days at the gym as well. Looking for something to fill the empty spots!
