Well this is a positive turn of events. Looks like last weeks rowing helped, although it almost killed me. It is only Tuesday and I’m down to my recent low. Let’s try to get below 230 this week or at least down to 230. He he he.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 60.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is great. Keep moving. I did somewhat the opposite last week, though walked my legs off. Went on vacation, and of course ate more than I should. Didn't exercise except for the enormous amount of walking we did for a few days. Gained 9 pounds, but of course most of it has come off since was excess and salt. Back to normal fare this week and back to exercising. Keep focusing, keep moving, and be well. TWR
