My treadmill arrived. My son put it together for me, and I got on it for the first time last night. I walked for a half hour. It has lots of preprogrammed settings and I picked hills, but level 1. I was surprised that I could do it, and I am proud of myself. My hips ache a little bit this morning, but not too bad. Blasted my rock n roll while doing it. Looking forward to doing it again tonight!
