I have stopped trying to do KETO. More exercise and watch what I am eating.

256.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Just a suggestion, what has worked for us may not work for everyone, but, continue to watch your carbs and sugar intake.
