Down just a little bit again. I still would like to lose a bit more fat, but that's happening, slowly but surely.

Tried Cardio Confusion from the One-on-One series last night and it was a pretty good workout, but I think Cardio Intervals is a bit more of a burner.

Other than that, things are moving along quite smoothly.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
