I started HCG Phase 2 April 1 2011 at 208.8 lbs. I will go into Phase 3 May 13. At that point I will try to stabilize at that weight for three weeks adding back all foods except sugars and starches. After that I will move to Phase 4 which is three weeks of maintaining then I plan to start round 2 of HCG.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
