Ive been batch cooking steel cut oats for the past few weeks and the batch I made this week was the best so far. No idea why, but its been amazing. Today was my last serving and I sure did flip my bowl and lost it to the kitchen floor (and my dog). So that sucks.
Also, I think Im going to start tracking here again. Ive been using a different site and its been working well for me, but its not breaking things down like I want. My body has been very angry with me this week and Im not sure if its because Im upping my fiber or if its something else. I also have no idea how much fiber Im actually getting so I could be doubling what Im used to and have no idea. 😒
