If you have “exercise diary” on in settings, you can do this. Under “snacks/others” you’ll fine “add exercise/sleep” click on that and then click on “exercise” in the search bar, add what you did in exercise and how long you did it. And then when you’re done, click save and at the top it’ll show you how many calories you’ve burned
