🎉🎉🎉 Yay! Finally under 65kg. With 0.1... But I have been stuck at around 65kg since 25 March, so this feels like a huge victory.
143.1 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done 👏 you and I have a similar journey and Iv also been pretty stuck since March. 😔 in April I lost a bit due to fasting but I got Ill and couldn’t keep up with meal prep n exercising, was eating whatever was avail. Hoping to get back on track fully by next week. I want to fully heal from my illness. I managed to get to gym today which was a huge win!
