Had an appointment today and they weighed me at 238. Don't really think this is right, but I'm going to put it in and try to stay below that next time I weigh in.

Figure there's some variability in scales.. they're not calibrated to a very tight tolerance.
I'm in a biggest loser style competition at work, and that scale's not the same as my home one either. heehee.
