I’m struggling. I’m old but I’m trying to follow my food plan. I’m craving sugar, crackers and not in reasonable amounts. I need help!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I looked at your food log. I don't see any bad numbers. If anything ..your cals/day is low. What gives?

I fluctuate with about 2-5 pounds of water. Don't get discouraged. I'm old too. The weight doesn't just fall off of me like it did when I was younger! Stay strong!
