I'm gaining weight. Trying to get in touch with the feeling of fullness when I eat. Darn, I thought I had the appetite under control. It creeps back up appetite= more calories. I have "finished" my plates of food, and have gained 12 lbs. My pants are too tight. I have a muffin top on my waist. I'm cruising the website for inspiration & answers.
