Going back to dropping calories 2X week to 1500 calories. 4X week to 1800 calories. Plyo/ stairs etc 2X week plus cardio AND resistance on weekends. Just getting to 175 would be a mental plus right now. I want to get there a bit more quickly than so far. Fat on my tummy looks so depressing.
