good to see the scale fluctuate in the proper direction this morning! Not seeing a big change in the flab covering my 6 pack yet. Only 6 hours of sleep last night, had to work on MC stuff and cats woke me up early. :(

Downloaded ipod app gym buddy. I hope its better than gym goal. I really dislike gym goal, very clunky app.
