Whole food/vegan lifestyle is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Also lowering my blood glucose numbers
288.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
