安迪 我是沒有這種困擾啦,我吃得多,留不住,每天排🤣🤣吃進去太多自然會推出來。跟隊長一樣😆而且,我還有絕招,就是喝純牛奶🥛,因為我有乳糖不耐症,單純純喝牛奶🥛一定拉😅😅😅😅😅加糖加咖啡☕️等東東一起喝才會沒事😆
