I'm surprised my weight is still going down this week, as I haven't been able to take my daily walks due to the amount of smoke in the air from the wildfires burning around here. I am trying to make up for it by dancing with my little guy and doing other mild exercises, but I get out of breath so fast that I worry it is not doing me as much good as my walks do.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
