Wow big lesson learned today. My sinuses have been plugged up something fierce, so I popped a couple effedrin this morning before hitting the gym. BIG mistake - thought my heart was gonna explode and took forever to calm down! Also think I might be dropping weight too fast gonna up my calories a bit.
