Ok--the incentive is on. We are leaving for the beach in 22 days and I absolutely must challenge myself to get rid of 4 lbs in 22 days--that's a pound every 5 or 6 days--I need to put the screws to my exercise--have a shake a couple of days a week for breakfast, and choose to keep the carbs, other than beans, to a low amount. It can be done and I can do it. Let's go girl. Veggies galore, big salads and lots and lots of water throughout the day. 128 would be a dream and doggone it, let's do it. I am going to keep this site up and force myself to login and make it happen.
