Ok this is my second attempt using this app to watch my intake. First attempt mid year did well with weightloss moving me from 85kgs to 80kgs. I had no idea that I was eating too many calories per day, I thought the foods were healthy and low in calories. Went away for 2 days camping and thats the moment my diet went out the window (for lack of suitable healthy foods I needed) followed by months of family health issues hindering me since. So now I'm back and with an exercise program to keep me focussed. This time I'm positive 🥰
