Life has been stressful this past year with a death, new boss, and newly retired. I have put on 21 pounds this year and feel like I have hit rock bottom with my health. I am ready to start losing weight again and not only lose the gained weight, but lose 20 additional pounds. I need to get to a point where exercising is not a chore, but becomes fun again.
