I hit my first goal weight today, so I'm recording it... I'm switching to weekly weigh-ins though, so we'll see where I am Sat.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
