I actually saw numbers as low as 227.4 lbs. :D I didn't count it, as per usual, but rather took the average of the weights I saw. I can't wait for it to read 227.4 and me to be confident that's what it really is.
July Fitness Challenge: 2.144 miles walked 1x40 sec (wet) plank* 1x90 sec (dry) plank 25x pushups** 2x60 upper crunches; 120 total! Hell yes! 1x20 lower crunches 1 hr swimming laps; primarily backstroke
*Wet meaning I did it on the dock, in my soaking wet bathing suit in the middle of swimming laps. :D
** 1x10 and 1x15. My poor arms. I need to manage these better so I can start making progress with them again. Maybe try 2x10 in the morning/afternoon and 2x10 in the afternoon/evening tomorrow? That would put me at my highest number of pushups yet - 40 total.
Also, a note on how my numbers read - (sets)x(reps/secs). So 2x60 upper crunches means I did two sets of sixty, or a total of 120.
