OMG. cannot believe i am (again) back where i started from. so disappointed. Time for a reboot. i need to do the hard work needed to lose all this weight and get to a healthy place. i sure hope i can find it in myself to finally succeed in getting to that healthy place. sigh.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
