Trying to get into Ketosis if possible, but not too worried about it. Diet in general is going to try to be higher fat, moderate to low carb, moderate to high protein. Not going to be to stringent on the particulars just putting all of it together from previous diets and experience. I plan to add in a serving of resistant starch from time to time if I keep my carbs down on any given day. After losing some weight on this I might try a cyclical diet to match the seasonal food available in my area just for kicks :)
