1377 kcal Fat: 27.86g | Prot: 77.76g | Carb: 264.85g.   Breakfast: Broccoli (Chopped, Frozen), all bran fiber, reddi whip, blueberries, splenda w fiber. Lunch: babybel, light popcorn fit and active, castle wood ham. Dinner: light string cheese, babybel, reddi whip, blueberries, light lays, onions, sweet red pepper, garlic, hunt's no sugar added, morning star. Snacks/Other: blue bunny. more...
