I've actually lost 20 lbs ....Must have started at approx 220 lbs instead of 215 lbs Found out my scale was off 5 lbs and had to get a new scale and start over on 5 lbs ... I thought was already lost .... Oh Well the beat goes on ....!!! Yea !!!
I'm weighing in on 10ths of a lb now. (ONLY 5.6lbs left to GO GO GO!!!)
