I know I know I have been MIA. I have been back and forth to Vancouver and back. Sista is move to Florida sooo, just helping her out. She leave here soon. so just been working and helping her. still workout everyday. weight still the same. can't get pass 160. but it's fine. more cuts tho👍. yup just keeping strong. hope everyone doing good. keep it going FSFam.❤️❤️❤️
