I went on vacation this weekend for a bachelorette party for one of my best friends from college. I tried to be mindful of my food choices, but didn't track at all. I also consumed many many more alcoholic drinks over the course of the 3 days then I should have... but had a blast so I don't care! As much as I want to lose weight, there are times you just have to enjoy yourself. I'll deal with the consequences now.

The scale went up one pound since I left, I have no idea if it was from calories or if it's water weight but I'm sure I'll see in a couple days if it goes away quickly. I'm actually shocked it wasn't more. My body feels all out of whack since I got home and I can't stop guzzling water so I'm hoping that everything will balance out and return to normal in a few days.

The past couple months have been awful for me with my work schedule and with special occasions every other weekend, but things are settling down which will hopefully get me on a regular schedule. The next thing I have coming up is a wedding, but I have 4 weeks until then. Feeling motivated to buckle down in that time and get on track. This has been slow going for me so I'm hoping that I can be down 6 pounds by then, which would put me at 155. I know if I actually find the time to exercise and eat right I should have no problem getting there. It's my motivation that is my problem, I need to stop making excuses!
