YES! GOAL ATTAINED! I guess I had been retaining water for the last week or so because I'm now LOWER THAN MY GOAL WEIGHT! Hooray! And just in time for my high school reunion! I was 135.5 on New Years day when I actually started trying to lose weight and am now 117.5! I still have some belly fat so maybe I'll try for 115.
117.5 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
