Ive cut back on posting here a little, but that doesnt mean Im not doin my thang. Ive been weighing myself almost everyday, but Im trying to really go by my Monday weigh ins. Im up a little today which Im sure is because I had some candy yesterday, and a burger/waffle fries from a local bar for dinner. It was fine, not stellar, and got that craving out of the way for a bit. Now Im back on track today with plenty of veggies to snack on, a salad and chili for lunch, and steel cut oats for breakfast. Rinse and repeat the rest of the week!
