For the past month, I have NOT eaten as I should; therefore, the weight gain. I exercised sporadically but this did not compensate for what I put in my mouth.
One of my goals is to run another half marathon later this year. Since I have not watched what I've eaten, my running has been difficult: breathing and endurance. I ran 21 miles last week but came in at 9 miles this week. (We were out of town 2 of those days and I was at the office 1 of them.) Running twice seemed like a reasonable goal for this week.
I plan to gradually get back on the WW plan ASAP. I, also, plan to weigh in on Thursday, July 30th. My hope is that by then I will have lost back to the low 130's again as I hope to stay at that weight continually.
