A little disappointed in myself. Although I'm showing a 1.6 lb loss, I actually gained .2 since Sunday. Have been eating too much bread and too big portions. Hopefully got it out of my system and I can get back on track. Just happy I maintained all week and didn't give up a loss for the week.

347.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
