Down 4.2 pounds in about 2 weeks!!! I was hoping for atleast 2.
245.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 April 2011:
1699 kcal Fat: 63.81g | Prot: 80.13g | Carb: 214.78g.   Breakfast: Onions, Mushrooms, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Carbmaster Raspberry Yogurt. Lunch: hersheys dark minis, Cow Pals Light String Cheese, Navels Oranges, apple cranberry chicken. Dinner: Grape Tomatoes, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Southwest Spicy Sweet, Hot Mustart in Plastic Squirt Top Bottle, Lite Raspberry Walnut Viniagrette, Kroger Sliced Turkey Breast, Deli Style Lean Smoked Honey Ham. Snacks/Other: Braeburn Apples, cake. more...
