OK this week did not go very well. but after a couple of pep talks from people I am feeling better and am ready to lose! I am going to lose this weight, there is NO need for me to carry this extra weight around! Thank you all for your support. I feel much better!
241.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 86.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
