Eat less, move more, eat less, move more! 1/4 mile on the treadmill may not seem a lot but it's a start for me who hasn't moved around too much this past year. The goal is to work up to a mile a day and getting there with baby steps. The knees aren't what they used to be. Some pain is grain. Listening to talk radio podcast (FKIAM640 Los Angeles CA) about the Michael Jackson Memorial on the iPod is keeping me on the treadmill longer than usual. I am not a fan and rather enjoy the opposing views. I do listen to positive and negative opinions. I'm an equal opportunity listener! Eat less, move more, eat less, move more!
